At Keller Candle Co, we are committed to the highest standards of quality. Each product is thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure it meets your expectations.
Returns & Refunds Due to the specific nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for candles that have been used. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged Items If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We require photographic evidence of the damage, which must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the damaged items.
